I founded Sofia Baum Consulting, LLC in January 2024 with a commitment to helping mission-driven organizations turn bold ideas into lasting impact. My professional journey spans the service industry, healthcare administration, social justice facilitation, fundraising, and organizational development, providing me with a diverse perspective on leadership, strategy, and community-centered growth.
Today, I serve as a strategic planning and fundraising consultant, partnering with nonprofits, cultural initiatives, and purpose-driven businesses to transform vision into clear, actionable systems. Through collaborative work with executive leaders, boards, and development teams, I help organizations strengthen strategic alignment, build sustainable fundraising practices, and create implementation frameworks that drive results. To date, my work has contributed to more than $4.1 million in capital campaign and grant funding secured or supported, $120,000+ in fundraising event revenue and sponsorships, and community engagement efforts reaching 2,000+ donors, members, and stakeholders across Oregon.
